A semi spreading shrub which produces mid size Protea flowers. Flowering can occur almost all year round with peak flowering being from Autumn to Spring.The flowering bracts are deep red and topped with a luxurious black tuft. Plant in full sun in a well drained acidic soil. Prune back late Spring to size and shape. (3.3litre pot)
